Penlar Pharmacy, located on Lawrenceville-Pennington Road in Lawrenceville, New Jersey has been serving the local community since 1987. At that time, it was just a pharmacy, selling no other products. Well, in 1998 Mr. Sean Watson, a 1992 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, had an idea...to purchase a neighborhood pharmacy where the motto would be "Your doctor knows your name, why shouldn't your pharmacist?"
So he quit his job of six years at CVS and purchased Penlar Pharmacy. But he knew that a pharmacy had to serve a community more than just supplying prescriptions. He decided to add almost 100 vendor lines in consumer products and thus Penlar Pharmacy quickly became a place where a customer could purchase Hallmark cards, gift items, balloons, stationary and home-health products seven days a week!
As the Internet began to grow, Sean knew that there was a greater means of servicing his customers, so in 2004 he decided to add two very important services...online prescription refills and prescription delivery! Now with just a couple of clicks of the mouse, you can order your prescriptions online and have them delivered straight to your door.
Penlar Pharmacy loves being a neighborhood establishment where there is a close relationship with each and every customer. And as the global marketplace continues to change, with more chain-store pharmacies opening across the country, Penlar Pharmacy will continue to compete...making sure the customers' needs are the #1 priority.
